Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Float Farm
MZFF is a conceptual ‘float farm’ that combines vertical food production and energy generation on a floating platform that can dynamically react to rising sea levels and port conditions. The closed loop ‘tactical urbanism’ solution aims to address problems of rapid urbanisation such as future food shortage, fossil depletion and climate change resilience whilst embracing Islamic cultural motifs.
