Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Green Office Park 1
Green Office Park 1 is an institutional grade office campus that sets a benchmark for green office design in Indonesia. Central to the design is a plaza that optimizes natural light and ventilation and is lushly planted with native species. The concept design proposed an ETFE / solar canopy to provide shelter from the tropical sun and rain and to also generate enough energy to offset all public areas.
