The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

The clubhouse's profile contour is an environmentally responsive building that seeks to balance the sustainable restraint of reducing energy and water consumption with the delight of hosting a range of recreational activities that are inspired by the popular celebrity. It acts as the focal point within a broader landscaped beach environment within the Azure Urban Beach Residences.
