Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

A series of urban interventions, by way of 5 sculptural canopies, offers environmental and social benefits whilst infusing Arabian traditions of the past with vertical gardens of the future. The iconic pavilions are convivial spaces that extend into skygardens with an integrated solar structure.
